This is the best product that helped me lose weight. I fill the vinegar line up as marked with balsamic vinegar. I fill the water line up past the water level for about another 1/2 inch, which cuts down on the amount of oil that I use. I fill the oil up to the mark with extra virgin olive oil. It is low calorie and delicious. I have not found a low cal dressing in a bottle that I like, but this packet and that portion mix = weight loss.
