Got the wrong grocery item?

If we have shipped you an incorrect grocery item please let us know and we will make it right by either reshipping the right grocery item or issuing a refund if it is not available. We ask that you notify us within 2 days after delivery of your order.
If your order arrives damaged please contact us so we can assist. Please be prepared to take pictures of the damaged contents so that we can adequately file a claim with the carrier (UPS, FedEx or the USPS).
If we accept a return (at our discretion) of an item you incorrectly ordered we will be unable to refund any shipping charges and you will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
